O'Connor Properties is a family business established in 1987 by John J O'Connor ,graduate public accountant, and Elizabeth O'Connor .
The purpose of the business is to supply an essential product to the inner eastern suburbs of Sydney residential rental market, that being affordable, high standard, long term rental accommodation.
The focus is on benefits to the tenant. The aim is to provide above average personal service coupled with the supply of comfortable, safe, immaculate real value for money apartments.
All buildings are maintained to the highest standard by our network of highly competent tradespeople and are managed in accordance with the recommendations of the NSW Department of Fair Trading, the Property Owners' Association of N.S.W Inc, the Real Estate Institute of NSW and the Sydney City Council and are fully compliant with health and fire safety regulations.
The business is enthusiastically managed by John R O'Connor whose emphasis is on professional, personal, efficient service to the resident.

Principal of O'Connor Properties, a family owned and operated boutique rental property business since 1987. John runs the business and has a thorough knowledge of the Residental Tenancy Act and 13 years experience in all aspects of property management and investment.
John attended Waverley College and has lived in the eastern suburbs all his life.
His family has always been involved in the property business with his great grand father developing blocks of flats in Margaret Street and Lauderdale Avenue, Manly.
John is a member of the Property Owners' Association N.S.W Inc and serves as chairperson on executive committee's for owner's corporations. He prides himself on delivering exceptional service and providing well located, good quality accommodation to his tenants.
